Yesterday was not a good day for me. You know those days when you just go to sleep thinking “what the hell am I doing with my life?” I screamed at my agent directly after he got me a primo (albeit last minute, some redhead flaked without the courtesy of a phone call) booking for the same day. I’m branded, and truly strive to maintain, that I am the “nicest girl in porn”. Calling my agent a stupid motherfucker was not only completely out of character but let’s face it. It was a less than stellar business decision. He caught me on an off moment. I had been screaming a similar sentiment at my boyfriend on the other line. To save you the play by play of the duration of the day, let’s just say that nothing went much better.

Then I came home to my beautiful wife, Kerry Louise. She is such a focused, always upbeat force to be reckoned with. In a business that literally had me screaming how much I very often hate the people in porn (fucking on camera is amazing, dealing with the people who make the industry happen is not)she is the only person who can get me home, re-focus me on my priorities and give me the push to expand my opportunities to create the life I really want to lead.

I feel lucky. I am a generally upbeat, That, semi-sarcastic bubbly little thing who loves everyone. The harsh reality of porn is that you must choose your friends very very carefully, develop a thick skin because you will be taken advantage of again and again and learn to realize that good business relationships feel like plain old good relationships, but at the end of the day they are not, so to protect them as such you may have to make the tough decision because the businessman on the other end would do the same to you in a heart beat.

However, the fans are hands down the best in the world. (And thank you so much those of you who have been buying me goodies off my Amazon wishlist. Those surprised have turned a number of hard days completely around because the one reason I will never leave porn is my relationships with you).
